Mike is a Cofounder of the Las Vegas-based technology company AviSight Inc. AviSight is an aerospace and data solutions company that employs Aerospace systems, Remote Sensing technology, Analytics, and Data Collection/Distribution systems for commercial and government clients. Prior to AviSight, Mike served as an executive in the technology industry. He was responsible for growing and supporting professional services in the areas of Information Technology, Engineering, Business Support, Project Management, and Cyber Security/Information Assurance to government agencies and some of America’s top corporations.
Mike gained leadership skills and in-depth technology operations expertise from 23 years of active duty service. He held many positions during his distinguished career culminating as the IT and Telecommunications Operations director at Nellis AFB where he led 152 personnel supporting aerospace-systems and one of the largest IT enterprises in the US Air Force. While, in the military he was regarded as a leading expert on IT operations, aerospace support and global air defense systems.
Mike is a highly decorated professional winning top level awards for Communications Systems and Information superiority. His military decorations include but are not limited to the Global War on Terrorism, Humanitarian Service, and multiple Meritorious Service Medals. In addition to his DoD Top Secret (TS/SCI) security clearance, Mike carries top commercial industry certifications to include Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).

Jim’s distinguished military career included four years as an Accounting and Finance Officer, nine years as an Airlift and Tanker pilot, eight years as a Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) pilot and commander, culminating as the Romotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) Advisor at the United States Air Force Warefare Center. Upon retirement, Jim utilized his nationally recognized subject matter expertice in Unmanned Aircraft Systems to lead and work in efforts focused within UAS operations, Advanced Programs, Maintenance and Support functions.
Jim has received education and specialized training from; Air University, Specialized Undergraduate Pilot Training, Georgia Tech University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, United States Military Academy and the University of Toledo. As a 30+ year veteran of the sports marketing and packaged goods industries, Mr. Bernstein is widely respected for his creative problem solving and positive results. Bernstein’s early work includes positions with Grey Advertising, Procter & Gamble, Upper Deck, and Major League Soccer before starting his own sports agency.
As founder of Access Group of Miami, LLC, he has represented some of the greatest athletes of all-time including Barry Bonds, Barry Sanders & Emmitt Smith. Bernstein was responsible for creating ground breaking programs such as Smith’s Run With History™ which is now the standard deal in NFL milestone marketing. He also helped orchestrate Barry Bonds’ departure from MLBPA group licensing, making him the first baseball player to successfully operate outside of their auspices.
Most notably, Bernstein co-created The Million Dollar Arm™ (www.TheMillionDollarArm.com) contest in India, which yielded the first 2 Indian men to ever sign pro sports contracts in the US. His story is now the subject of a Disney motion picture that was released on May 16, 2014 starring Jon Hamm as Bernstein.

Marvin Odum is a proven global chief executive and transformational energy industry leader. Over his 34 years with Royal Dutch Shell he grew legacy businesses, entered new markets, turned around financially-troubled business units and delivered complex high-risk projects.
As a member of Shell’s Executive Committee he was part of an eight-person team that ran Royal Dutch Shell’s global strategy; capital allocation; mergers and acquisitions; succession and diversity planning; safety, security and environmental performance; investor engagement; geopolitical risk assessment and corporate brand reputation.
In addition, over much of the last decade of his career with Shell Odum had principle accountability for all the corporation’s exploration, production and LNG businesses in North and South America and was Chairman and CEO of Shell Oil Company from 2008-2016. He grew the capital-employed value of the Americas upstream business from $34 billion to $60 billion; reduced structural costs by $1.2 billion (~25%) over a 12- month period; ran a highly successful exploration program at ~$2bln per annum; significantly expanded Shell’s premier Deepwater business in the Gulf of Mexico and Brazil; and built the company’s unconventional shale business from zero to $20 billion in assets with 10 billion barrels of oil equivalent of current and future production opportunity.
While generating significant value for shareholders he also earned deep trust and respect from senior-most leaders of governments, NGOs and society worldwide. He spearheaded Shell’s progressive strategy for leading and competing in a decarbonizing U.S. energy system; and he successfully managed three major corporate crises that posed global risks to Shell’s enterprise. He also successfully navigated highly sensitive environmental, technical and societal challenges to deliver the company’s exploration program in Alaskan waters.
Most recently (and post-retirement from Shell) he answered the Mayor of Houston’s call to lead the city’s multi-billion-dollar recovery from Hurricane Harvey. Accepting no salary for over 14 months of full-time work, he secured disaster relief funds at the federal and state levels; oversaw development and execution of housing, public assistance and infrastructure strategies; and built the city’s capacity to manage as much as $6 billion in recovery funding over the next 4 to 6 years.
In addition to working with several technology-based start-up companies, Odum is a non-executive Board member of Stena International and Stena drilling. He was a Member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors for the American Petroleum Institute (API) and is currently a board member for the National Urban League and MD Anderson Cancer Center. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and serves on the Dean’s Council for Harvard’s JFK School of Government, advisory board for University of Texas’s Cockrell School of Engineering and is co-chair of the $1bln capital campaign for the University of Houston.

Gary L. Thomas was President of EOG Resources, Inc. (NYSE: EOG), an oil and natural gas exploration and production company, until Dec. 31, 2018, when he retired.
Originally joining the predecessor of EOG in 1978, Mr. Thomas held positions as the COO, Senior Executive Vice President of Operations and Executive Vice President, North America Operations. Mr. Thomas brings over 30 years in leading the way for oil and gas engineering, development and executive leadership in the industry. He sits on the board of Nine Energy Service, is a Member of Texas Independent Producers & Royalty Owners Association, and a Member of Society of Petroleum Engineers, Inc. He holds a Petroleum Engineering degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree in Engineering Management from The University of Tulsa.
